Overview
When performing an Import for BambooHR, the following error message may be encountered:
Error while downloading all users: Directory disabled for this account
Applies To
- Bamboo HR
- Import
Cause
This error is received when the Directory feature within BambooHR has been disabled.
Solution
Enable the Directory feature within BambooHR, then perform another import.
