Box provisioning is not enabled; the user already exists in the Box app but cannot access it. The following error appears on the Box app:
Automatic provisioning of user <Name> to app Box failed: Matching user not found.

The error is encountered when the Box AppUsername does not exist or match the username on the target Box application.
1. Ensure that the user already exists in the Box app.
2. Go to the Okta Admin Console and navigate to Applications > Applications > select the Box application > go to the Assignments tab.
3. Unassign the user affected by the Matching user not found error.
4. Add the user to the Box app with the correct AppUsername.
