Solution
In late January 2024, the Authentication Policy option for If Okta FastPass is used has changed in the preview and production tenants.
This change applies to OIE tenants, and per the Product Designer, this setting was "moved" to the new possession constraint checkboxes.
In the screenshot below, two new boxes require user interaction and PIN/bio. If a search for Require user interaction is done in the Add an authentication policy rule documentation, further information will be provided.
