Overview
When launching Advanced Server Access (ASA) within Royal TSX, the session fails to launch.

Solution
Please follow these steps to allow the ASA to launch in Royal TSX:
- Go to the macOS Settings > Allow in Background settings.
- View ScaleFT, and if it is Open at Login window, remove it.

- Now the session in Royal TSX should be able to launch.
