App Groups Are not Deleted in Okta After Un-checking "Import Groups" Option

Overview
Some applications, such as Okta Org2Org, offer customers the option to import the groups. However, over time, customers might no longer need or want these groups, and they are visible in Okta's UI.

Solution
Admins may see the Import Groups option unchecked by navigating to the application in question and selecting the Provisioning > Integration tab. However, the application groups are still in Okta and have not yet been deleted.
The solution would be to run a manual import from the application or wait for the next scheduled import to delete them automatically.
