The data retention for Workflows history logs is 30 days and cannot be extended (please see system limits). This article presents some alternatives for checking history information older than 30 days.

Solution
Utilize the Execution Log Streaming feature to capture event metadata for all flows.
Also, Okta System Logs are kept for 90 days. Search for actions taken by workflows via: client.userAgent.rawUserAgent eq "Azuqua".
