Admin and End User Dashboard Ellipses Menu Does Not Display in Safari

Overview
This article explains why the ellipses menu may not display on the Admin Dashboard or End-User Dashboard when accessed via the Safari browser.
This issue can occur when a user attempts to access the Dashboard on an Apple mobile device. A dark gray overlay can obscure the menu, preventing access to options like Sign Out.

Cause
The ellipses menu is not displayed due to the browser's resolution settings.
Solution
Adjust the Safari browser's resolution settings to properly display the ellipses menu and its options.

While viewing the dashboard, select the symbol in the address bar that looks like a square with two unequal lines.

Choose the smaller "A" option to reduce the page resolution.
