The Okta People Picker for SharePoint (on-premise) Integration has a limited number of attributes by default. This article discusses whether additional attributes can be parsed.

Solution
The Okta People Picker can only work with the standard attributes (claims):
emailaddressgivennamesurname
No other attributes can be parsed.
