Overview
This article details how to add a secondary phone number for Phone Authenticator.

Solution
Since the enrollment policy rule has been satisfied by the first Phone Authenticator enrollment, any additional enrollments can only be done from the User Interface (UI).
- Navigate to the Okta user Settings page.
- Select Set up another next to the Phone authenticator.
