Solution
To include the okta.myAccount.password.read and okta.myAccount.password.manage scopes in the Okta API Scopes list for an application, please enable the IDP MyAccount Password API Early Access feature.
Here are the steps to enable this feature in Okta:
- Navigate to the Okta Admin Console.
- Select Settings > Features.
- Enable IDP MyAccount Password API.
After turning the setting ON, the okta.myAccount.password.read and okta.myAccount.password.manage scopes are listed under the Okta API Scopes list for the application.
