This article explains why the following error occurs when an administrator attempts to set up the “Microsoft Entra ID External Authentication Methods” application from the Okta Integration Network (OIN) catalog:
The requested feature is not enabled in this environment

Cause
This error occurs because the Microsoft External Authentication Method feature is not enabled in the Okta organization.
Solution
Open a support case to enable the functionality.
