The requested feature is not enabled in this environment
- Okta Integration Network (OIN)
- Okta Identity Engine (OIE)
- Microsoft Entra ID External Authentication Methods (Microsoft Entra ID EAM)
This error occurs because the Microsoft External Authentication Method feature is not enabled in the Okta organization.
- Navigate to the Okta Admin Console.
- Go to Settings > Features.
- Find the Microsoft External Authentication Method feature.
- Click on the toggle to enable the feature.
