• Microsoft Entra ID External Authentication Methods (Microsoft Entra ID EAM)

This error occurs because the Microsoft External Authentication Method feature is not enabled in the Okta organization.

1. Navigate to the Okta Admin Console.
2. Go to Settings > Features.
