Active Directory Instance Shown in Profile Sources but Users Are Not Sourced From the Instance

Overview
The Allow Active Directory to source Okta users setting is disabled in an AD instance, but the instance still appears as a profile source in Directory > Profile Sources.

Cause
While an AD instance may not be used to source users, it will still be listed in Profile Sources if Delegated Authentication is enabled within it.
Solution
The inclusion of the AD instance in Profile Sources is expected if Delegated Authentication is enabled. If Delegated Authentication is not required, it can be disabled, and the AD instance will no longer appear in Profile Sources.
