Cause
Solution
- In the Admin Console, go to Directory > Profile Editor.
- In the right pane, click on the User (default) Okta profile (or the applicable Okta profile if a custom Okta user type is being used).
- Click the Information icon
or pencil icon
in the right pane for the attribute required to edit.
- Select the Inherit from Okta option in the Source priority list (this will make Okta the attribute source).
- Click Save Attribute.
- Run the Workflow again.
