Overview

When using any of the Linked Objects-related actions for the Okta connector, the dropdowns are returning the error:

Failed to Load

Applies To

Cause

The connection to the Okta environment has not been granted the correct scopes.

Solution

Go to the Okta environment connected to Workflows and find the Okta Workflows OAuth application.
Access the Scopes tab in the app.
Grant the two Linked Objects scopes: okta.linkedObjects.manage and okta.linkedObjects.read.
In the Workflows Console, re-authorize the Okta connection to reflect the new scopes granted.
- NOTE: Ensure that all the desired Scopes are selected under the Permissions tab when re-authorizing.
Try to add one of the Linked Objects cards again.
