Okta is built on an “Always On” architecture. Go to https://status.okta.com/ to see the high reliability metrics and to learn more about the reliability of our service.
If Okta services were to go down, users would not be able to log in to the Okta organization or access applications via Single Sign-On. However, some applications might still be accessible through a direct link.
