This article addresses the limit to the number of Immediate Termination reasons that can be configured for Workday.

Solution
There is no limit to the number of reasons, but there is a limit for our Termination Reasons box, which is 512 characters.
This is due to a limitation in the Workday API: when more than 512 characters are entered for these values, a 500 error is returned from Workday. This limit applies across all Okta Orgs and cannot be modified.
The best workaround would be to shorten the termination codes or to see if there may be any way to limit the string down to 512 characters so that the reasons will not exceed the character limit. Customers may use regex expressions to consolidate (for example, Terminate_Employee_Involuntary.*)
