Solution
The connection uses the credentials of the last user or entered credentials (depending on the connection).
In the system logs, there is the possibility to see the Okta connection credentials of the user who originally created / last re-authorized the connection, even if the connectors were created by a different user. We recommend using an Okta-sourced service account with Super Admin permissions to create the connections. This account will need to be added to the Okta Workflows apps and logged in to the Workflows Console to create the connections.
