Solution

The following minimum hardware requirements can be used as a guide for running RADIUS on Windows or Linux:

For Windows Devices

  • Operating system: Windows Server 2012 R2
  • Processor: Minimum of 1.4 GHz 64-bit processor
  • RAM: Minimum of 512 MB
  • Disk Space: A minimum of 300 MB disk space is required to install the agent

For Linux Devices

  • Operating system: CentOS 7.6, 8.3 / Red Hat Enterprise Linux release 8.0 / Ubuntu 18.04.4, 20.04.1 LTS
  • Processor: Minimum of 1 GHz 64-bit processor
  • RAM: Minimum of 512 MB
  • DiskSpace: A minimum of 300 MB disk space is required to install the agent
