Unable to Unselect Active Directory OU in Okta

Overview
When choosing Organizational Units (OUs) in an Active Directory (AD) integration, child OUs of checked parent OUs are greyed out and cannot be unchecked. This occurs for both User OUs connected to Okta and Group OUs connected to Okta.

Cause
This is expected behavior. A child OU cannot be unselected while the parent OU is selected.
Solution
Unselect the Parent OU first, then adjust the child OU membership as needed.
