Overview
This article describes how to use the /login/default method for signing into Okta and only applies to Okta Identity Engine tenants.

Cause
After enabling Profile enrollment, the link for creating a new account in Okta using the feature is not shown on the https://<SUBDOMAIN>.okta.com/login/default page.
Solution
According to the How to Access Okta Admin Console Login Page when Default App for Sign-In Widget Is Enabled, the /login/default method is used only when a backdoor into the tenant is needed. The Default App for the Sign In Widget needs to be bypassed or bypass all the Identity Provider (IdP) routing rules, and will show only a simplified login page with only the default Okta features.
