Overview
Trying to enable ServiceNow's provisioning flow fails with the following error visible in the Okta dashboard:
Base URL: Does not match required pattern

Solution
The ServiceNow base URL added in the Okta integration should look like this in order to be accepted:
https://customer.service-now.com
Replace the customer part with the name of the ServiceNow tenant for which provisioning will be enabled.
