Passwords for Okta users using Delegated Authentication (DelAuth) from Active Directory (AD) integrations are not synchronized to downstream Secure Web Authentication (SWA) applications assigned in Okta.

Password Synchronization is not supported for applications that are not a part of the Okta Integration Network catalog.

For SWA applications that do not contain a Provisioning menu, Password Synchronization from Okta is not supported.

Okta Administrators may configure SWA applications to match the Okta user's username and password.

1. Navigate to Admin > Applications > Applications > [App] > Sign On.
2. Click to select Administrator sets username, password is the same as user's Okta password.
3. Click Save.

For any SWA app integration, administrators may set the application's credentials on behalf of the user, or they can choose to let the user set the password.
