This article explains why Okta Workflows cannot query or integrate with Tasks on the Okta Admin dashboard under Dashboard > Tasks.

Currently, it is not possible to query tasks using Okta Workflows. No publicly available API can query these tasks, so Okta Workflows cannot query for this information.
