To resolve this issue, go to Security > Multifactor > Factor Enrollment in the Okta Admin Console and check if Okta Verify Push is listed as one of the Eligible Factors.
If Okta Verify is not enabled, perform the following:
- Go to the Factor Types tab and activate the Okta Verify factor.
- Then go to the Factor Enrollment tab and disable Okta Verify factor from all policies.
- Return to the Factor Types tab, edit Okta Verify Settings, uncheck Enable Push Notification, and then deactivate the Okta Verify factor.
