Overview
When installing the Okta Provisioning Agent installation process, the setup fails with the following error:
Microsoft Edge can't read and write to its data directory: C:\Program Files\Okta\On-Premises Provisioning Agent\current\bin\windows\OAuth.exe.WebView2\EBWebView

Solution
This error appears only on specific Windows system builds, and usually, it cannot be reproduced on other apparently similar systems. It is not clear why the error appears.
