Overview
The following error will appear when there are too many redirects.
Office 365 Unsupported Action
Applies To
- Office 365 (O365)
- Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
Cause
This error occurs when the Okta account has not been fully set up (such as when the user is not enrolled in MFA factors) and the user attempts to access O365.
Solution
Logging in to Okta will present the user with the option to enroll in the necessary factors.
