The following reconfiguration has been identified as part of the preparation needed to perform the upgrade to Okta Identity Engine (OIE). Note that additional Okta features may require reconfiguration or be disabled in order to complete the upgrade. This article explains the NEW_SIGNIN_FLOWS_OKTA_MOBILE_IOS blocker that prevents an upgrade to the Okta Identity Engine (OIE). This blocker indicates that features related to the Okta Mobile application for iOS are enabled and require reconfiguration before the upgrade can proceed.

• Okta Mobile

The NEW_SIGNIN_FLOWS_OKTA_MOBILE_IOS feature is associated with the Okta Mobile (OM) application. The Okta Mobile application and its related features are not compatible with the Okta Identity Engine (OIE).

The Okta Mobile (OM) application is not supported on the Okta Identity Engine (OIE). To resolve this upgrade blocker, disable all features associated with OM before proceeding with the OIE upgrade.
