OAG OVA Fails to Launch in VirtualBox on Ubuntu

Overview
When admins download the OAG OVA from their Okta Orgs, then they import that OVA into their VirtualBox on the Ubuntu server, and when they launch the VM, it fails and times out; The received error message looks similar to:
Timed out waiting for device /dev/mapper/ol_oag

Solution
To solve this issue:

Power off the VM.

Navigate to VM's settings in VirtualBox > Storage > Change disk from SCSI to IDE.

Click Save.

Start the VM, and it should work now.
