Mappings for IdP to Okta Do Not Have Option for Create and Update

Overview
When mapping attributes from an Identity Provider (IdP) to an Okta Profile, the only available option is Apply mapping on user create only.

Cause
The IdP in question is not configured as a profile source.
Solution
- Under the Security heading, select Identity Providers from the left-side menu.
- Click the Actions dropdown and select Configure Identity Provider.
- Click Edit and then enable JIT Settings > Profile Source > Update attributes for existing users.
- Select Update Identity Provider.
Now, the option to Apply mapping on user create and update in the Profile Editor should be available for admins.
