The log download option in the Admin UI prompts for login every time and does not proceed. The same issue was observed when trying to update an application.
Below is the behavior when the admin lands on the log download option:

The following error is displayed:
Failed to complete log download task on worker node(s). Add a log forwarder or select a different date.

When clicking on Change date, the user gets a prompt to log in.
The behavior gets repeated when the user logs in.

Clear Chrome browser cache using below steps:

Copy and paste
chrome://net-internals/#dnsin the Chrome address bar. This will bring the Clear host cache option, as shown below: - Click on the Clear Host Cache option.
- Go to
chrome://settings/clearBrowserDataand clear browser history. - Restart Chrome and try again the steps to download logs from Admin UI or to update an application.
