Overview
LastPass provisioning flow fails with the following error visible in the Okta dashboard:
Conflict. Errors reported by remote server: This user exists and has been invited to join this enterprise.

Cause
Solution
The user must accept the invitation (the LastPass admin can resend the invitation email if needed). Once the user activates their account, they will be part of the LastPass company, and Okta will not try to recreate the user.
