This article discusses the limits on the login and redirect URLs for SWA and SAML apps.

Cause
There is a hard-coded limit of 255 characters for the login URL and 512 characters for the redirect URL. These limits apply whether the application is added using the Application Integration Wizard to create custom Okta applications or through the API.
