This article clarifies whether it is possible to Hide/Mask Phone Numbers in System Logs.

Currently, it is not possible to hide the phone number in the System Logs for operations such as self-service password reset of MFA. The information is available only for Okta administrators and can be leveraged for troubleshooting and/or reporting.
