Steps to reproduce:
- Launch a new browser session.
- Access the Oracle WebLogic application via the Okta dashboard. At this point, users should be able to log in successfully without any complications.
- Close the Oracle WebLogic application.
- Attempt to relaunch the application from the same browser session. At this stage, users are likely to encounter an infinite login loop.
