This article describes how to use ASA Client with PuTTY.
Applies To
- Okta Advanced Server Access (ASA)
Solution
- Install PuTTY in any of the following locations:
- C:\Program Files\PuTTY\putty.exe
- C:\Program Files (x86)\PuTTY\putty.exe
- C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Apps\PuTTY\putty.exe
- After enrolling the client on Windows, use the below command from cmd prompt:
- sft putty <server>
This will open a session on the Linux server using PuTTY.
