The HireRight application is present in the OIN as an SWA app only. To utilize SSO functionality, a custom SAML application must be created.

1. Contact the HireRight team to provide the SSO required details and to enable SSO on their side.
2. Create a custom SAML app in Okta.
3. On the Okta Custom App, the Single Sign-On URL, the Entity ID, and the Relay State field need to be filled with the vendor's values.
4. Expand the Advanced Settings menu, set the Assertion Signature to Signed, and upload the certificate provided by the app team.
5. IdP and SP flow are supported.
