This article describes how to retry failed tasks for a specific application.

Solution

To retry the failed tasks for a specific application, please follow the steps below:

  1. In the Okta Admin console.
  2. Go to Dashboard > Tasks.
  3. Select Search by application from the drop-down menu.
  4. Enter the application name.
  5. Click on Filter
  6. Identify the failed tasks that should be retried.
  7. Select the corresponding checkboxes.
  8. Click on Retry selected.

Retry Task 

NOTE: Failed Tasks will remain on this list until they are retried and successful. If any conditions (previous or new) prevent a successful Task from being performed, the most recent failure reason will be reported on the Tasks page.
