Solution
When looking to hide elements or buttons in email templates, the code can be customized as follows:
- Log in to the Okta Admin Console.
- Navigate to Customizations and select Brands.
- Choose the brand and select the Emails tab.
- Choose the email template to customize and find the element to hide.
- Format the element to reflect the following form:
<! the element needed to hide >.
For example, find the New Sign-On Notification template below, where the IP element is hidden.
