This article describes how to get a report of all users that are mastered by Active Directory and using delegated authentication.

Solution
Get the Okta Password Health under Reports > Reports > Okta Usage > Okta Password Health, which will provide a CSV file for download.

Click on Okta Password Health and save the CSV file.

Filter the users based on Authentication Source and select ACTIVE_DIRECTORY.
