This article describes how to get a list of active SWA apps in an org.

Solution
A list of all applications can be pulled through the Apps API. Use a program like Postman to perform a GET to the apps endpoint {{url}} /api/v1/apps
For a list of only active apps:
GET {{url}}/api/v1/apps?filter=status eq "ACTIVE"
Parse out the SWA apps by identifying a signOnMode of "BROWSER_PLUGIN"
GET {{url}} /api/v1/apps?filter=signOnMode eq "BROWSER_PLUGIN"
