Please work with an UltiPro Administrator to double-check and ensure the Service Account has all the required permission sets assigned to the UltiPro Service Account permission configuration in order for the Okta Writeback function to work:

Then, perform Test API Credential from Okta Admin Dashboard > UltiPro > Provisioning > Integration > Edit, and ensure the service account is validated successfully. Click the Save button.

Navigate to Okta Admin Dashboard > Dashboard > Tasks page and retry the failed Ultipro app provisioning task(s).
