How is the Okta tenant or cell location determined?

Obtain the cell location and organization type by reviewing the footer text at the bottom of the Okta Admin Console against the following standard formats.

• E = Okta Identity Engine (OIE), Region = US (Preview Cell).

• C = Okta Classic Engine, Region = US (Production Cell).

• E = Okta Identity Engine (OIE), Region = US (Production Cell).

NOTE: The cell location is fairly broad and does not indicate anything more specific than the region. The possible regions are the US, Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA), and Japan.
