What steps bypass an Okta routing rule?
Navigate to the default login URI to bypass the configured routing rules and access the local Okta sign-in page.

https://<acme>.okta.com/login/default, replacing<acme>with the relevant Okta subdomain. - Enter the local Okta credentials to sign in.
