Solution
To bypass a routing rule, the login URL must be adjusted to reach the Default Okta Login Screen by using "/login/default" on the login URL.
The Default Okta Login Screen is available through a specific URL. To access it, add "/login/default" at the end ("acme" in the URL should be replaced with the relevant Okta subdomain) when bypassing the routing rule:
