Finding the server names that host the Okta AD Agent

1. Locate the Active Directory instance under Directory > Directory Integrations. 
2. Select the Agents tab. The hostname of the agent server is found in the Name column.

Finding the Okta Service Account on the Agent Server

1. On the server listed in the previous step, open Services.msc and find the Okta AD Agent service.
2. The Active Directory account listed under the Log On As column is the service account used by the agent.
