As a preliminary or tandem approach to submitting an incident with Okta, these events can be tracked within the Office 365 Admin Console by going to Health > Service Health and reviewing all services, incidents, and advisories.
Also within the Health tools are the Message Center and Directory Sync Status pages. These pages provide extended insight into the health of the Office 365 tenant and general knowledge of past, present, and future service advisories.
