How to Change Forgot Password URL for Sign in Page in Okta Identity Engine (OIE)

This article describes how to change the forgot password URL for the Sign in Page.

1. Log in to the Admin Dashboard and navigate to Customizations > Brands > Pages > Sign in Page > Edit > Labels.

2. Scroll down to Customized help links > Edit > Forgotten password URL.

3. Insert the desired URL. For example: https://www.example.com/.

4. Click the Save to Draft button.

5. Scroll up and press the Publish button.
