This article describes how to change the forgot password URL for the Sign in Page.

Solution
- Log in to the Admin Dashboard and navigate to Customizations > Brands > Pages > Sign in Page > Edit > Labels.

Scroll down to Customized help links > Edit > Forgotten password URL.

Insert the desired URL. For example: https://www.example.com/.

Click the Save to Draft button.

Scroll up and press the Publish button.
