The installer logs are found in C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Local\Temp or C:\Windows\Temp(for agent auto-update installer). Because "AppData" is a hidden folder, it is not normally visible. Here is a quick way to find the logs:
- Ensure that the user running the installer is logged in.
- Open Windows Explorer.
- In the address bar, type "%temp%" without quotes, and press ENTER.
- This shortcut will direct to the logged-on user's
AppData\Tempfolder.- In the address bar, if it shows a numbered folder in Temp, go up one folder level.
- Find the appropriate Okta Agent file using its creation timestamp.
