Overview
The Past Access Request report is utilized to review who requested access, if access was granted, and who approved access to a resource. The report is updated based on approved requests, and when a request has been marked as completed.

Solution
- Once the request has been marked as done, please allow up to 24 hours for the report to be updated. However, updates can often be seen as quickly as within an hour.
- For Access Request and Request Types, ensure the report updates appropriately when a request is completed. It is recommended to set the Request Type to Mark as done automatically.
