Navigate to the App Catalog in the Admin Console, add the Bookmark Application, configure the application name, insert the desired URL, and assign users to the application.

1. Sign in to the Okta Admin Console.
2. Navigate to Applications > Applications.
3. Select Browse App Catalog.
4. Search for Bookmark App, select it from the list of results, and select Add.
5. Enter an application name in the Application label field.
6. Enter the desired URL into the URL field.

7. Select Save.
